Yep, 15% is what it says, and Hyrum 18% full --- or should I say 92% empty? Really pathetic.

Bumblehive (NSA Utah Data Center) needs more than 1.5 million gallons of water per day. That's got to come from somewhere. They'll cut the flow on October 1st for the winter. So it'll be a trickle until Lost Creek comes in until the spring as always. The construction project ended by May so it missed some early runoff. Hopefully the mountains get the snow to fill it up with the new dam done now.

They have been releasing about double what they normally do for this time of year. Just started to cut back this week.

Your statement is based upon a projection that has not come close to being true.

According to this Tribune report, usage has been nothing close to that level -- only topping 5M gallons in a MONTH once.

I think Mother Nature is more to blame than Big Brother* on this one.

*Shout-out to all the Snowden wanna-be's reading this.

The spillway at the dam was completed in plenty of time this past spring to capture the runoff. The problem was the lack of snow & the subsequent runoff in the spring of 2014. Of course, the high demand on a relatively small reservoir is also problematic.

Scofield is at 16%. And that is without dam repairs. It's called a drought.
Pray for snow. Pray for it to come early. Pray for it to come often. Pray for a lot of it.

Quiet! NSA doesn't want them to know they're not near capacity yet. Supporting their PSYOPs is a little different than supporting Snowden.
