Redfish Action down in Venice Louisiana
#1
While the river rising has affected many anglers, along with high winds, I managed to use those 2 factors to my success, limiting out everytime I went out last week.

I found some clear water and we were catching these beautiful orange colored redfish, some were very dark, others were very bright, but they weren't the average bland, blue tailed redfish that comes out of the river.

Here's some pics.

Now as for me, today I'll be off chasing a 200 lb. tuna with a speargun!!!

The guy on the right of the picture, hadn't picked up a rod n reel in 30 years. Needless to say, after my coaching, he caught more fish this day than anyone else on the boat.
