Happy Halloween!!!
The October moon had the Club Deportivo del Oeste Light Tackle Blue Marlin Tournament.
Three days of Fishing 36 vessels and 72 releases Anamarina controlled the inboard division and JD the outboard division. The bite was active by the Pichincho Bank and a few fish were reported in the 400#-500# range. Like always there were triple headers and double headers of Makaira Nigricans. Thanks to Cuchicu and Beach Bum for the reports from the west.
The bite in the northeast corner was mostly mahi mahi and smaller species like black fin tuna, jack crevalle, skip jacks. Irene reported 2=1 on blues and Aquanax 1-1 also for blues.
Winter bite started and we are anxious for the sails to arrive.
