When I was out duck hunting 3 weeks ago we asked a DNR officer there and he said last update they had was a tentative date of first of Jan. But that is what pacific corp. said that same thing last year.

Well they definitely can't say that it was too cold for them to work on the dam this year looks like at least 40° weather for the next 10 days
