Strawberry Bay Marina ramp conditions?

A few minutes ago one of my best friends asked about launch/road conditions to launch his boat tomorrow morning at Strawberry Bay Marina.
I told him I did not know but could hopefully find out soon from the BFT community?

I just got a first-hand report that the ramp is, as of this afternoon, completely clear and dry. The road between 40 and the marina is snow packed in places but quite passable if you drive careful.

Now the road to Renegade ... a whole nuther thing.

I'm going to give it a go myself tomorrow. Can't pass up this good warm weather. Quite possibly the last trip to the Berry in my boat this year. Wow, that last statement is a bummer.
