Berry Fun December

I didn't expect to be fishing Strawberry in December in just a long sleeve shirt, but that's what happened Saturday.

It was a beautiful day up on the Berry. One of my fishing buddies and I landed 27 Cutts and two Rainbows.

Two of the Cutts were just over the slot at 22.25". Only two fish were under 18". All the Cutts are still swimming.

We used a combination of jigging and trolling today. The windiest part of the day was early. Here are some pics:

Man I wish I could have gone up. Maybe this week. So I take it the ramp is dry.

Yes the ramp is dry. There were a lot of boats up there yesterday.

The road to the marina is about 50/50 asphalt/snowpack too.

It was an excellent day to be on the lake.
