Sand hollow is fair for bass in about 25 to 30 feet of water plus sand hollow is very low right now. quail lake good for trout fishing power bait or trolling lure skyline pond is real good on power bait or fly and bubble or a lure most the community pond are good they just stock them with trout

You might try Razor Ridge Community pond. It's a lot closer to Quail Creek and Sand Hollow than Skyline pond is. They are all planted at the same time when they plant them. Looking at the stocking reports none of them have been stocked since last March. They only stock them during the winter months because the water warms to much. However, Razor Ridge has some huge Bass in it but I've never seen any being caught just swimming around. Also there is another pond Stratton pond (sometimes called Grandpa's pond) that is close by Sand Hollow. It's 3 to 4 times larger than the other community ponds and is stocked heavier than the others. Good luck.
