DEER CREEK ICE CONDITIONS

Hmmmmmmm......looks like Bo don't know everything? Ice at Charleston Bay about half of it froze last night. It is 4 inches thick 50 feet out. At 51 feet it is 2 inches thick. There are some open spots where the ducks kept it open. The island, rainbow bay, and the dam was still open today. I would be super careful. Infact I believe it would be fishable by Saturday. If the cold continues maybe more of the lake will ice up. Charleston can be a good place to get a rainbow or three.
