The mushroom knob on my Eskimo Auger broke loose last week.
I had registered my purchase on line last year when I bought the auger. I had no idea the of date of purchase. So sent a email to Eskimo just to see if they would take care of my broken pommel.
Here is a copy of my return email.

I broke a piece on my Eskimo gas auger and I was just about to buy it online when I thought I will call their customer service first.
I bought it just over 2 years ago and the agent said "thats close enough" and sent me the new part.
They have been good to me!!

I have had similar luck with them. Great to work with on any concerns or replacement parts. Sportsman's in Provo didnt' sale Eskimo a year or two ago because they said they were having issues with them. I have had nothing but good luck with the company and their products. I have owned 2 Stingray's and been very pleased with both of them. Very reliable augers if you take care of them.
