Registering a New Pontoon

I was just wondering what the process is to register the pontoon I got for christmas because I would like to use my minnkota on it to push me around.

I just did the same with my canoe. Sure is nice letting the motor do the work.

One thing they don't say on the internet is to take a picture of your vessel. I had to make two trips to the DMV just to provide them a pic. Maybe it was just the clerk I was working with but if you have a smart phone snap a couple and if needed you can email them to the clerk.
