I have a pretty slick little oar frame for my canoe, but after rowing all afternoon with a little wind, I am wondering about adding a small electric motor.
Can anyone give me a ball park idea of how much annual registration costs for a motorized pontoon or float tube? While I can probably find a way to cover the cost of a small motor and a battery, I will probably need to disclose ongoing expenses to my accountant/better half.

The annual renewal is not much but the initial cost will be more as your canoe will assessed and taxed.

Mine has run from $37.50 to $51.00 in the last 3 years... Better than the boat that is over a hundred this year for an ancient boat... Later J
