Otter Creek
#1
Headed down on Wednesday with my kick boat to try my luck. Caught fat 19" rainbow on a bugger fished on a full sink III line, and quite a few 12-14" bows. Toward the end of the day I was surprised with a smallmouth on a jig in about 30' of water. Lots of fun, even if the wind was a bit of a pain...

Nice report and pictures, Tim. That rainbow has not missed many meals.[Wink]

It's too bad that Otter Creek is so far for me to drive. There are always some nice fish in there.

Have you had any luck catching any of the tiger trout or wipers that have been added to the mix in there?

I haven't met any of them yet, but I'm hoping to fish Otter more this year! I want to use my kick boat more and I think that Otter is a good Res for that.

Good on us with that smallie. It looks pretty decent size. Maybe one day I will get down there to target them...one day...
