Well as bad as I wanted to go hit Willard on Sunday to get into the wipers I couldn't tell this little girl no when she told me she wanted to go fishing. We ended up at one of the local ponds and like always she killed it[  ]. Probably pulled in about a dozen bows and this little guy in just over an hour. All in all an awesome day.

Those fish will still be waiting for you at Willard.
The urban fishery program is a great thing for kids and parents alike. It gives the kids a place that is loaded with fish that are easy to catch. It gives the parents a close place to take their kids to learn how to fish. In some towns the kids can just ride their bikes over and fish without bothering the parents. It is an expensive program but it helps recruit the fisherman/woman of the future. Besides, kids now days need some incentive to get off their phone/computer and do something outdoors.
