How fishable is the river just down from rockport? Was hoping to make my first fly fishing trip in over 10 years tomorrow. Would hate to make the drive to find it raging or even worse a trickle.

If the DWR website is to be believed catching may be tough with the extra water flowing. Best of luck.

I drove past it last Monday and it was high and a bit less clear than normal, but it seemed reasonably fishable. The Provo is probably a bit better right now anyway though if you were considering that.

Ya, I ended up fishing the lower Provo instead, along with everyone else. ( lots of people). So the report is..... I really SUCK at fly fishing! Hope to have a better report soon.

Normally I would not help a KB fan, [Wink], this website will help you. It is not a tell all, end all site but it will give you a reference before driving.
