Registering trouble

My grandson is trying to register and he is having a problem with the message "email is already in use". I know that it is probably due to a mistake on his part. Who can or how can he erase all his info and start over?

Once an Email address is used to sign up on BFT, it can never be used again. He should be able to start over with the same info as he gave the first time, just use another Email address. If that doesn't work, just send me a PM and we will figure it out.
