Hit Lindon marina, I usually go straight north and hit the reeds but the water was even
lower than it was last year so we just parked on the flats. I took my 82 year old mother and fishing was good. It was the most fish she has ever caught and the first time she went catfishing. We had steady action for the next 3 hours. Caught 2 5 lbers and released them, 1 2 lbers and 3 14"ers.
There must've been some paddle boat celebration cuz there were a lot of them. Its the busiest I've ever seen. Can't wait to go again.
Also, the large hooks, hooks directly to the swivel without a leader and using shrimp made a successful day. Thank you all for your tips. Note- my secret scent didn't hurt either.
