Boted across lake and caught small planter rainbows all day long on jigs and a drifted worm. Lots of people trolling with cowbells and they were catching the same as we were.
One 14" splake, one 2 1/2 lbs sucker, and one pup about 3 lbs.
On calm water we jigged at 35' to 50' to pick up a little bit larger fish. Water was about 75' deep while jigging and lots of fish suspended and willing to take an aggressive jig action.
Drifted East shore line from end to end.
Two stroke engine runs lousy at this elevation. Next motor will be a fuel injected 4 stroke I am thinking.
