I took my son in law up to Strawberry side Thursday morning and trolled for kokes from 6 until noon. He got a medium sized koke and a tiny koke, and of course we caught the ubiquitous cutts all day, which is what I kind of expected but hoped for a little more. Very pleasant day and a nice escape from the valley heat.

Learn to use and trust your electronics. The koks are there.

We hit the water last night at about 6:00 on the Strawberry side. Made a quick run north to fish a little closer to Sage Hen thinking the fish may be moving that direction. Graphed a few schools of Kokanee on the east side but only landed one smallish fish. It was my nephew's first.
Most of the fish were in the 35' to 42' range. Caught the kokanee on pink squid behind a pink dodger.
The cutthroat action was pretty steady all evening but shut off earlier than I expected. We caught 10 or so in the three hours we fished.
