This Past weekend, 8-27 thru 8-30 my wife and I were able to do a lot of fishing on our back packing trip. On Thursday and Sunday we fished Trial Lake and we caught a lot of fish left and right using just a worm on a bobber. It was one of those days where you put your line in wait 30 seconds and boom! you have a fish. At Trial we caught both rainbows and tiger trout. Hiking up into the other lakes we were able to fish Island lake, duck lake, and marjorie lake. We had success in each of the lakes that we fished at catching 1 rainbow at duck lake, 1 brook trout at island lake (which was probably the biggest fish we caught about 14 inches) and had the best luck at marjorie lake with catching a couple arctic graylings and some more brook trouts. At these lakes we were successful by either a worm and bobber or a fly with those clear bobbers that fill up with water to cast really far. The arctic graylings only took the flies. We didn't catch any fish at trial with flies however, but saw some other people catching them with flies. All and all a really great time
