Finally got a Deer Creek fix in

It's been a crazy summer for me with almost no tube time spent.

I did manage a quick trip this morning for some topwater bass fishing at DC.

I landed 9 small mouth (the largest 13", most around 9"). As the sun came up, I thought I'd troll around some deeper spots and try for a Bow to join me for dinner.

No Bows but I did pick up a 15" walleye on the trout gear.

I was done by 9AM as the power squadron was launching in earnest.....

Always good to get out, but on weekends like this I avoid. The power squadron is unbearable. Although Monday I may hit bountiful pond though.
