Huntington update

I am taking one of my cousins out tomorrow for his first ice fishing adventure and I am debating on scofield or huntington. I have never landed a tiger trout and would love to do so. I am curious if anyone has an update on ice thickness and if they would be willing to share what they prefer for bait. I have powerbait, jigs, spoons, soft plastics etc. For rainbows on hyrum and Mantua I have done the best on powerbait or a small glow tube tipped with a meal worm, but I don't know what to plan on for tigers. Thanks.
