Scouts | Starvation Res

I am taking my scouts to Starvation this weekend. I have fished Rabbit Gulch and the dam area in the past. I am thinking of Knights Hollow this go-round. I would like to get the boys on some perch and trout. Is there a better area? You are welcome to PM with any tips, trick or advice.

I think you got some advice on another thread. Rabbit Gulch was good for perch for me. They were smaller though and small jigs were the only thing they would take. Even the bigger perch that I took home (8-9 inchers) were only taking the smaller offerings.

This past Tuesday is the first time in a long time that I haven't caught a rainbow at Rabbit Gulch. They were in the area (I could see them swim past under the ice) but not super aggressive. They hung out around 6-10 feet down.

I didn't see any groups over by the bridge. Hopefully some others have PM'ed you with info about Indian Bay and/or Knights Hollow.
