[#000080]I'm still trying to learn how to add pictures. How do you make a 306kb picture smaller or fit into a 250kb attachment?[/#000080]

tomegun-looking forward to seeing this pic. Did you catch him today? If so, where were you fishing, and what were you using etc. I'm going to Chicken Creek East tomorrow, and am really excited to get up there for my first time through the ice this season![pirate]

I dont know what you have on your computer, but if you are using a digital camera, the software that came with it should have a resize option. If its a scanner, the software should also have some options.

Bolth my photo scanner and digital camera came with software thats real easy, I guess I lucked out on that one.

Resizing the picture is one way, but often a better way is to "crop" it. This way the subject (Charlie Tuna) doesn't get downsized only some of the extraneous background gets clipped. Leaving a more appealing picture for us to see.

Look in the help files for the program you use. Search for crop, it will show you how.

As some others have said, usually the easiest software to use is what came with your camera or scanner. Windows comes with Paint, but in my opinion, it isn't as easy to use as other readily available options.
