Yuba.. help please

Headed out April first to yuba to chase some pike with my 5 year old and a buddy and his son. Will have my boat , not looking for secret spots just some general locations that should or could be holding pike.

Look for structure, points, drop offs, any place that they can hide to ambush a passing fish.

I've done good just to the west of the narrows on the south side trolling big storm perch swim baits at 3 mph, done good casting big perchy looking rattle traps, if you want to relax a 6-8 chub on a double treble hook set up below a bobber in the bays, make sure to use steel leader and don't get your fingers []by there mouth
