Rockort or Starvation? weekend

Hey- I am trying to decide whether to stay close to home and fish Rockport or cruise up to Starvation for the day on Sunday.. There is a "hot" report from Starvation that gets me excited but I am concerned the possible storm on Saturday will slow thing down as I have read that happens there on this site. I have not fished Rockport before. I will be geared up for trolling and have downriggers Any suggestions? Haven't seen any information about Rockport at all.

Trolling rapala 8' deep or less has been working for me at Rockport just south of the boat ramp.
