I've enjoyed bow fishing for carp near the Provo Boat harbor, near Vineyard, and at Bird Island. I've heard that the carp shooting can be good around Lincoln Beach also, but I've never done that. Can anyone give me any pointers on more specific places around Lincoln Beach to hunt carp by wading? When I was just starting to bow fish a few years ago, I did go to the Carpapalooza once, and most people seemed to be focusing their attention on the bay just south of the boat launch area (which had become a dry pasture last fall when I last visited Lincoln Beach). When the water rises again, is that bay the best place to hunt for carp, or is the hunting better on the north side of Lincoln Beach? How about the shoreline farther west, by the orchards? Like I said, any pointers will be appreciated.

The area south of the launch is still a dry pasture. If the water ever comes up high enough to flood that area it is a good place to shoot carp.
The best area for carping on the west side is past the rocky point and around by/past the orchards. The only issue there is that most of it is posted as private property. There are a few designated access points where you can reach the shoreline and then hoof it either way as far as you want. The State owns the bottom of the lake and the area between the present shoreline and the shoreline as it existed when Utah became a state in 1896. The private property is below the road toward the 1896 shoreline, that shoreline being much higher than the present low water shoreline. Anywhere you can access the present shoreline without crossing private property you should be good to go. Goshen Bay is a good area.
I was on the water earlier this week and there were a few surface slurping clusters of carp but I did not see any serious love making along the shore. Soon.

Thanks! That is exactly the information I needed, and more than I hoped for. I really appreciate it.
