Went up to Mantua yesterday during my lunch break. Fished the North East side off the dock. Wind was blowing pretty good and from what I could see in between the wave sets the water was clear. Saw no fish moving around and nothing in the shallows around the trees. Fished for a half hour and didn't have a single bite. I think that the colder weekend we had pushed the bass back out deeper again but I could be wrong. Even with a skunk it was nice getting out for a bit.
