Daniels August 10 & 11

Went up Wednesday and spent the night. Hoped it would be a great place to catch the meteor shower. Unfortunately, the clouds and rainstorm ruined the night. Fishing was really good Wednesday evening. Rainstorm and cold front cooled things off Thurs morning. Water temperature dropped from 72 to 67 degrees. Picked back up about noon. Fish are still liking chronimids dangled in deep water close to the bottom.

Or small bead heads as a trailer from a bugger. Worked well last weekend - though the coating of my boat of cattle dung from having to drive thru the round up wasn't nearly as fun as catching fish
