Hey im spending a couple days in st. george next week and want to spend some time fishing sand hollow for bass. I have never fished the lake and will have my boat with me. Has anyone been fishing it lately? What areas are productive? What are they biting on? I understand that is asking a lot but would really appreciate the help. PMs are welcome. I would be grateful for anyone willing to share.

I haven't been down there for a awhile but it shouldn't be that bad fishing. Over by the island there is a lot of old brush still. Look for where it drops off on the finder and fish the edge vertical with a dropshot. It can be a good crank bite early in the morning.

I would go over by the dam and switch techniques until you find what the bass want. It shouldn't take very long to start marking them on the finder. So if you're not getting hits right away, switch it up from cranks to jigs or drop-shot, whatever is your preference and start netting some bass!

I've always had success with the drop shot in greens and purples. Love me some Aaron's magic robo worms down there. Also cranks around the rocky structure in bluegill patterns should work.
