Dry mud beds
#1
Are there any dry mud beds or a place on Utah Lake where a guy could get close to the water and fish from shore.
I have a 9 feet pole that I add 3 oz of slip sinkers that will get me some long long cast.
I surely miss the old girl.

[#0000FF]The rock ledges off Lincoln Point are about the only place you have any chance at all for finding fish from shore these days. Around most of the lake the slope of the shoreline is very gradual and there is no hope of being able to cast far enough to catch much. But at Lincoln the rocks drop quickly into 4-5 feet of water and that area has been kind to bank tanglers. Not sure how much longer it will last as the water is cooling and most fish are moving out further. Maybe BLK can provide more current info.
