Provo has some ice, cant say for any where else, not sure is there's enough water to entice the fish into come into the harbors.

Thanks I agree the water levels the last couple year make it poor for ice fishing. I still try to give it a try at least once. Thanks again

With water levels so low, the major problem is going to be winterkill. The lake has frozen somewhat already and then the last storm blew it off and stacked it up on the shoreline. It should freeze with the next few nights in the single digits, but you are going to have to walk a ways to get into more than 18 inches of water. I am afraid that we are going to have lots of dead fish in the spring with little water still !!

I launched my boat in provo harbor last saturday and it was probably only about knee deep ( i had my waders on walking the boat across the harbor) i wouldnt waste your time there trying to fish.

I live over by the lake and there was a half inch skim of ice on the jordan river outlet 3 days ago, but the water was only a foot deep at the pumps and you could see the bottom. Probably wont be much ice fishing there this year.

If the lake gets any lower, and if we get record lows....we might see utah lake as a solid block of ice
