Can any one identify these water bugs?
I fish the lower Jordan creek dam spill way and after the heavy rains we had in eastern pa, there are small pockets of water and there are a whole bunch of these bugs on top of the water. I tried doing a google search but could not find ant picture of them. I'm hoping some one can tell me what they are. Thank you in advance
