Fishing continues to be excellent for small mouth.

Great luck on just about everything - but curly tail grubs, small swim baits, and perch colored crank baits produced well over 40 fish combined.

No monsters, but still fun.

Water temps about 72.

How close do you think this boat is? Took a video to give to the ranger, but of course, the boat in question had no bow numbers on it...

Ended up taking it over the bow for the first time this year.

So, he not only was going to fast within 50 yds, no registration. They should have picked it up at the gate. You can call the ranger and let them know what is happening, they are trying (?) to crack down on this stuff. Call the ranger next time !! Glad you got out on the water though !!!!

Yeah I asked at the gate - no dice.

Pulling my phone out and filming was the best deterrent to date. After about the third pass I made obvious I was recording. Didnt see them again after that.
