They have been in there for many many years but they really started doing good when the shad escaped from Willard and found their way into the lower Bear river system. Nice eye you have there, were you using bait to catch it? My PB walleye came out of the Bear about 15 yrs ago near Corrine. Same length as yours. Nice catch!
