Clear Lake - Guanella Pass (Need Info)

A co-worker told me about Clear Lake about 4 miles up Guanella Pass from Georgetown. I would like to go up there once it thaws. Can anybody give me any info about this lake? What kind of fish, how big, is it easy to get to? Do I need to pay a fee? Thanks for any info.
