Welcome aboard blackwahoo and thanks for your question.
Most of the Charters in Mexico (not all of them) are connected in some way with an adjacent hotel and offer a better price if you are staying at that hotel. Your typical charter in MX will include Fishing, Trip license, bait surcharge, meals and some of the beverages. I have seen some the include up to 2 cases of beer for 6 guys and others that include only 1 case. Generally all the soda and water that you can drink is usually included. Some charters may throw in fish cleaning others won't. Sometimes you can book a package deal through your travel agent and get a super special overall. When do you plan to go and where do you plan to fish??? I may be able to referr you to some of my friends down there in a few areas.[cool] [signature]

Welcome to BFT blackwahoo!
To go along with what tubeN2 said, you may want to bring some tipping cash with you too. I found a killer website that is jam packed with loads of info: http://www.worldwidefishing.com/mexico/salt.htm It breaks down every detail as to what each location has to offer and specific contact info for each one. The thing about a charter boat is they are ALL different. Fees, rules, over-all skill and capability, tip expectations, etc... etc... The best thing to do is bite the bullet on the phone card and give those guys a call to see what's up. Also, don't forget to share your info as to where you intend to go and what you intend to fish for; TubeN2 might have a hook up for ya. I hope the website helps! It's a shame you're not heading to the S. Pacific around Guam, I know some killer charters there. [signature]

Hello,
We had a blast in June in Lorreto. May or June is a great time to go. Plan on being on tons of Dorado's, Sailfish, and possibly a Marlin, If you want to get a great price and go with a great group of people you may want to try: http://sport-fishing.com/fishing_trips/ Check out the East Cape trips, and if you let him know BFT sent you, he might show you some love on the price? [signature]

The website that theangler suggested is a good one for getting hooked up. The site is from Dan Hernandez. He has some good prices as is and some of the packages are sweet deals.[cool]
