Belasko, sorry for not giving a clue sooner... You are getting closer with the Teton River guess, but alas, it is not the Teton... You are thinking the right side of Rexburg though... just head a bit further north... []

Only Idaho lakes I am aware of with Grayling are Independence lakes, so that is my guess.
