just saying hi
#1
Hi folks I'm just saying hello to all the fisherpeople out there. I am from NorCal and fish mostly for Trout in lakes and Res. As you can tell I like to troll but like most whatever catch's fish works for me. Look forward to learning new ways to catch fish. Rember the worst day fishing is still better than the best day working.

Welcome to BFT. I think you will find a wealth of great information here.
P.S. Do you use any Rocky Mountain Tackle for your trout while trolling? If you don't, you need to try some of it like the dodgers and squids. They are killer for trout.[cool]

Welcome to the site Trollnrick, there is a lot of great info on this here if you keep your eye out for it[Wink].
Here is a link to the RMT site:
http://www.rockymountaintackle.com/
The signature squid series are used while trolling and are a great addition to any trout or kokanee fisherman's lure selection. They are used behind a RMT dodger, to get the most action out of them use a short leader 9-12 inches. Give them a try I'm sure you will like them as much as we do.
Thanks for signing up and please let us know if you have any questions about BFT.

I gotta' back em up here on the Rocky Mountain Tackle. I'm a bass fisherman, I seldom fish for trout and I'm no expert on catching them but there is something about RMT that attracts the trout and salmon. Add a little Pro-Cure and you're good to go! Welcome to the site, do you ever do any bass fishing in CA?
