Hey there DH_tubinjoe, I noticed what you're sayin' more this year than any other. It's really interesting that after there was a slow down in the South Bay area, MDR started to show numbers they died down, then less than a week later the sand bass started to chew for the Channel Island landings. I think they are really migrating or moving this year. Added to that, Newport (fishing their own area not Huntington Flats) gets a heavy bite and pretty soon the numbers start to climb for boats fishing as close as the south part of the Horseshoe. Hard to figure as you say. I saltwater fish five days a week and you deck the same so if anyone should have a clue it's US!! But..........ha ha ha JapanRon [signature]
