Good to see that press release, but I fear that the fact that it was omitted in the first place is going to cause some confusion for at least a few folks down the road. I was pretty sure the rules hadn't changed, but felt it should be in print if they expect people to live by it. I don't know if you looked at the Salmon Seasons and Rules pamphlet or not, but it is now different than it was a couple of weeks ago.
