the first number after the city name is the spread (+7.0, -7.0) . . just add or subtract it to the final score, and if your team has the higher score, you win . . negative numbers indicate favorites . . the next number is the money line (-110) this is for a straight bet with the spread, you bet 110 dollars, if you win you get $100 + your $110 back . . the next number is the money line without the spread (+240, -320) , here you're picking the team to win outright, without any spread, so if you bet $100 on carolina to win, no spread, and they win, you will win $240 + get your $100 back, if you bet $320 on St louis to win no spread, and they win, you will get $100 + your $320 back . . .

the over/under is a way to bet on the game without picking who will win, just that the combined score of both teams will be over or under a certain score . .
