2 large moose steaks
1 sliced red pepper (rings)
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 thinly sliced carrot
1 large sliced onion (into rings)
1 sliced green pepper (rings)
2 TB Worcestershire sauce
2 TB A1 Steak sauce
½ tsp. Garlic
Plus ½ tsp. Montreal Steak Spice
2 TB cornstarch
Spray with Pam a large casserole.
Cut moose into serving size piece. Drain tomatoes and set aside. In the reserved juice, mix cornstarch, worcestershire, steak sauce, & spices until no lumps.
Place half the meat in the casserole, layer with half the vegetables and half the tomato mixture then the rest of the meat, vegetables and sauce.
Cover and bake for 3 hours @ 325*F
