Of course it makes little sense to you. You think that the Northern Pike are doing so well that a 20 fish limit doesn't seem to impact their numbers. No one is catching 20 pike in a day at Yuba. Most people won't catch 20 in a season. Their population is completely out of whack with the prey base, and planting Yellow Perch and Walleye is futile at this point.
