So finally got out yesterday. Early morning launch at sunrise. Couldn't ask for better weather. And yes, I was totally surprised at the bite. Kok's were on and pretty good size to them. Only draw back is that there was a ton of others fishing for them too. Some had good luck, others were just beating the water. Depth was as everyone has been saying, 20-30 feet and variable speed between 1 and 1.5 mph. Will sure taste good to have some fresh fish to eat.
be safe on the water as a ton of other boats, most respectful, but, as always, some just buzz by and their wake can take a lot of water on board.
