Welcome to the site chromefinder. Saw your post on our float tubing board, and your complaint is a common one. That company has a pretty good reputation on most of it's product, 
to say this one is not one of them. I've never heard they have great customer service. It is possible that they can't afford to make it right by offering a refund. How long ago did you buy it?
