how to add oars to a float tube?

The Caddis Inspire does not seem to have a foot bar or strap, probably means the oarrs are only meant for shallow water propulsion or for maneuvering.. I agree with post #64, thinking there won't be an increase of speed or range using oars with the tube sitting that low. Some of the pictures you posted for the Japanese boats show a foot strap , but your feet will be underwater, and it will not be solid enough to exert strong force Plus tangling may be an issue.
