Why do flashers seem to over complicate things? Seems like they use way too many lights and colors. Why not just put one solid red line that equals the depth, then a yellow colored mine that equals your lure, and a green line for anything that’s a fish?

The videos I’ve watched on YouTube of flashers seem to show so many colors and lines to reflect the bottom. Why not just use one color/line that reflects the depth?
