I hitched an early morning ride for my first trip to Strawberry. Cold start with -20 temp at the parking lot. Dropped lines just as the sun came over the hill. Other than the temp it was good weather, blue sky with virtually no wind. Caught a few fish early without a hitch, but I struggled through many line tangles for most of the rest. Kind of frustrating to keep cutting and retying with cold fingers. Ended up with 12 for the day with a couple 20+ inchers. Most of my fish were caught on white tubes with pink or green and tipped with wax worms or cut bait just off the bottom. Thank you Kent and Randy for a great fishing trip!
