Really the snow wasn't too bad. Coming out maybe 4 inches at most. It did snow steadily the whole time I was there, but you could see the surrounding hills pretty well so it wasn't too bad. 1/2 way down the canyon it cleared up and by the time I got on the freeway the roads were just wet driving home. The slush was bad on the lake though, so if you go, make sure you are prepared.
