To know what is going on in Flaming Gorge one has to look at both states stock reports. Another species that has been introduced to the Gorge is the Eagle Lake Trout by Wyoming. Wyoming has added this brand to a lot of lakes in their state. I know this species from fishing in California at Eagle Lake during several trips. Wyoming has added them to the Gorge for approx. 4yrs now. There is no disappointment when you start catching these feisty fat wonders, at least that's what kept me going back a couple of times yearly when I lived in Cali.
